MEP or HVAC sales Engineers

Job Location : Oman

-5 to 10 years experience in big projects and sales
-most have gulf experience and experience in Oman will add a value
- experience  in All HVAC ( chilled water, packege, duct slept, VRF & VRF,  refrigeration systems)
- experience in electrical, firefighter and plumbing  ( advantage if he has it )
- ability to make, list and revise the BOQ
- ability to draft drawings
- ability to create a full project actions with Microsoft project management software
- manage the labours and the work
- assign subcontractors
- Manage the subcontractors
- evaluate and analyse tenders
- Tender forming, writing and submissions
- invoice and claims from the clients
- daily, weekly, monthly reports
- suppliers selections
- Materials Selections
